First things first...set up your microphone

Naturally, the most essential part of starting to use Aloware and HubSpot to communicate is making sure your microphone permission is on. If the permission isn't given, you wouldn't specifically see it here that your microphone is off, but you will see errors when you're making the calls. 

So if you see any error because of which you message or call people, make sure your microphone is given the specific permission.
